Authentic & Free

We can live life unknowingly blind. We do not question why we do the things we do? Why do we say the things we say? Why do we think the way we think? Why do we believe what we believe? Even less do we take time to figure out if the choices we make are our own or determined by other influences.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Life's circumstances can tug at our intuition giving us hints to the answers we seek... yet we quickly dismiss those feelings and moments of wise counsel.

Why is that? Perhaps we deeply feel we don't have a right to question things put before us because that is how we were raised. Maybe we do not trust ourselves for lack of true self-confidence.

We speak of generational curses, but deep within we know there are only generational patterns passed along. When we stop playing tug of war with our intuition, sixth sense, the Holy Spirit and began to listen to that still voice; only then are we choosing to end the generational results that we're all too familiar with.

True Freedom is knowing who you are from within the depths of your soul and showing up as her with every blessed breath. It's Living in Your Truth and not allowing yourself to wallow in the distress pressed upon you. It's Believing what God says about you and fixing your focus on the path He has prepared.

Living Authentic & Free is holding yourself accountable only to your values and morals. It allows you to play in the essence of your femininity and uniqueness.

Authentic Freedom is saying NO, unapologetically, to all things that do not positively serve you as a human being. It's living with integrity and serving your gift with excellence.

Living Authentic & Free is accepting every part of yourself with compassion and giving yourself grace as you navigate difficult choices. It's a continuous Journey of Personal Growth, Self-Empowerment, and Inner Peace.
